Orders are processed within 24 hours. Majority of our products ships out 3-5 days after the order has been fulfilled UNLESS stated otherwise on the product page. Therefore, some products will arrive in 12 BUSINESS DAYS. We source products from all over the world to bring you epic offers at the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!

Returns are easy- Our returns policy lasts for 30 days and starts from the day you receive your order. If 10 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Items must be post-marked with the date prior to the end of your 10 days to avoid being denied approval for return. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery will NOT be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our error is not refundable.
