Our embroidery prices depend mostly on the type of item to be embroidered, its complexity and size. Please note these prices should be used as a reference as pricing are subject to change.

Therefore, this page is divided up according to our most popular embroidered items: Polo shirts, Headwear, & Digitization. You can, however, have many other things embroidered like shoes, bags, blankets, towels, etc. Check out our catalogue for some ideas. If in doubt over whether something is compatible with embroidery, call us @ 1-877-784-9158. 

For all embroidered items, the minimum is $50 per order. Does not include setup fees.

Polo Shirt Embroidery Prices

Polo shirts are recommended for left or right chest logos due to their heavier fabric. The pricing below is based on our most popular basic polo. We also offer premium and performance polos.  There are far more choices in our catalogue. You can also mix and match colors and styles.

Our basic polo left/right chest embroidery starts at $17.85 per shirt. For premium and performance polos, contact one of our service representatives to discuss your project.

For long-sleeve polos, please add $2.75 per shirt to the pricing above.

Baseball Cap Embroidery Prices

These prices apply to embroidery on the front of baseball caps or knit hats. Here are some suggested styles:

Richardson 213, Valucap VC900, Port and Company 6 panel Unstructured Twill cap are just a few to mention. 

There are far more choices in our catalogue. You can also mix and match colors and styles.

For 3D Puff , please add $5.00 per hat to the pricing above. 

Extras  

To embroider a line of text on the backs of hats, please add $3.00 per hat.

To embroider individual names on each item in your order, please add $6.00 per name. (This fee applies if the name is not part of the original design).

Digitizing Fees

One-time digitizing fees do apply to embroidery orders. See table below for estimated quote. If reordering the same job, all digitizing fees are waived.

• Standard Turn around 48 hours = standard price

• Same day turn around 24 hours = 50% extra charge

• Rush turn around 12 hours = Double price

• For the additional stitch count we will charge $1.00 per 1000 stitches.

Below are the examples, how we calculate your price:

• Left/Right chest logo 14,500 stitches           Price  $10.00

• Left/Right chest logo 20,000 stitches          Price  $15.00

• Full Back logo 34,500 stitches                         Price  $25.00
