Standard Shipping rates are $5.99 in the United States however, we offer FREE Shipping on orders $99 or more to the U.S. which is calculated at checkout.
How will my order be Shipped?
All delicate orders will be packaged in a bubble mailer envelope for added protection, a Poly-mailer envelope for apparel items such as T-shirts, or a Box (depending on the product size), and will be shipped First Class Mail via USPS unless otherwise requested.
What is the process for International Orders?
International orders, buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Tracking information may not be available for International orders and shipping times may vary. (Expedited shipping is NOT available.) International Shipping fees will vary.

How do I access my Free Rewards account?
Racking up points is easy! Simply visit our site, create an account or log in to your account, and click on the Rewards tab to view all of the different ways that you can earn and redeem your points.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Standard shipping times for USPS First Class Mail are 1-3 business days. Orders received are processed within 24 hours, production is completed within 3-5 days and is then shipped out which can take an additional 1-3 business days (via USPS First Class). *Note- Custom orders and accessory items shipping times may vary.
How do I track my package?
Once the order has shipped, it is the customers responsibility to track the package. All orders will include an order number that will be sent to the email address that is provided. You can use our website to track your package by entering your order number and email address. It is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS with any issues with receiving items or if the shipment is late. USPS shipping times may vary during holidays/inclement weather. (Tracking information may NOT be available for International orders.)
Can I exchange my item for another item?
At this time, exchanges are NOT acceptable.
Can I return a custom order?
Custom orders CANNOT be returned. These items are custom made for you and will not be exchangeable or refundable. No exceptions!
What is your Return/Refund policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days and our refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your item was delivered to you, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item MUST be unused and in the SAME condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are NOT refundable. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery is NOT refundable. Returned items can be sent to: Get Me Bedazzled, L.L.C. 2120 E. Fire Tower Road Suite 107-1058, Greenville, North Carolina, 27858-8013.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment on file.
*Note- Sale/Clearance items and Custom orders are NOT refundable
How can I assure my custom order will be correct?
All custom orders will be processed using the order form on the "Custom Order" page. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct spelling of any items with names or initials on them. Note: Get Me Bedazzled WILL NOT contact you to clarify a possible error in spelling. If a particular requested item is out of stock, the customer will be notified for other alternative options.
How much do custom orders cost?
Custom order costs vary depending on what additional items are added to the order which determines the new final price. Please visit the "Custom Order" page on our website for more information.
Why do custom and accessory order shipping times vary?
Shipping times vary for custom and accessory orders as we may need to order additional supplies to design your product. Depending on how soon we receive the ordered item will determine how soon we can ship the finished product out to you. (*Note- Some items may be ordered and shipped from international vendors which may take a week or so for us to receive). In this case, the customer will receive a courtesy email from us about this matter. Processing, production, and shipping times will resume, per policy, once item is received.
